You know what really grinds my gears?

Judgmental Gym folk!!!

Now you might say, but Paulus you just posted your first check in..... well yes I did, but that's not the bit I am talking about.

My first time at a gym in many ions today, as part of my weightloss, today was day 1.

What I was dumb founded at, was one ladies disgusting look at me.

Uh HELLO YES I KNOW I AM FAT, THAT's WHY I AM AT THE GYM.......

The look of, oh you are so fat, how? (type) of look, some people may go, there is no such thing, but think about it, alot of people judge by a persons look and today I was certainly judged, does it b other me? no.. why ? because I have had it for a long time, even little kids have run away when they have seen me and oh the ever so " look mummy that person is soooo fat"..... I hope as a kid I never did that, but at the end of the day I don't blame kids, after all kids say the darnedest things right?

I am more disappointed in the adults that will judge someone because they are over weight and I know its my fault, but hello I am at a gym for F*** sakes :/

How ever the upside of the gym was it felt great, i got 30 mins of music in, and I was cut off from the outside world with my own thoughts.

Now its time to sit, relax and enjoy, it was only a 30 min session, and will be for a while, but it felt so good afterwards.
